4 12+ win seasons, 2 Super Bowl appearances, 1 Super Bowl win... I think that was a pretty good bargain.

I still find it interesting that it took building a world class defense to get him a 2nd superbowl. Though I imagine those were some fun regular seasons for Broncos fans.

I hate to see him go, but I think he made the right decision.

The majority of championship teams need a world class defense. Denver this year, pats had revis and butler heroics, LOB for Seattle, Ravens were pretty damn good on D etc etc.

Yeah, I couldn’t shake what happened to Brett Favre in his last season with the Vikings. I know he wouldn’t have been here, probably with the Rams instead, but I’m glad he retired.

They were, though that Ravens loss in the playoffs was just as awful as the ‘96 loss to the Jags. It felt like the whole city was in a funk for months. I would say it was worse than the Super Bowl loss to the Seahawks.

A lesson for the colts to learn is not to put all their eggs in the QB basket. *Cough Andrew Luck Cough*

I can’t hear ‘be well’ without thinking of Demolition Man.

Do you think they’ll actually learn it, though?

Haha of course not. When you can get away with 20k and drugs in a car intoxicated, nobody can’t tell you nothing (kayne voice)

Is this where I can put on my smug face and admit to Ravens Fandom? That was pretty brutal, but a rather entertaining game as a whole.

Yep, last year I think was legitimate hope that that he could come back, since he was damn good for the first half of the 2014 season. This year, he just looked spend the entire year. And it wasn’t even an issue of arm strength so much as touch and accuracy (as you’d imagine given that he apparently doesn’t really have feeling in fingertips). Seems like he was still able to find the open man, but not able to hit them in stride.

I think Rahim Moore should have gotten a Super Bowl ring from the Ravens, or at least a gift basket.

That would be incredibly cruel, or pretty hilarious. Was he on the superbowl winning Broncos team?

Retirement is good. I would hate to see him get any more injuries.

No, he’s with the Texans now. He was the one that let Jacoby Jones get behind him to catch the tying TD.
